Agile model of cooperation, where interaction with the Client is the most important part of the process. The product is described by the Client in the form of a list of requirements, appropriately hierarchical. And, as is the case in agile methodologies, the Ulixes team's work is based on two- to three-week timelines, followed by a review of the completed work.

The first vision of the project is presented to the client after the first - at most the second - period of work. Then the project framework appears. If the project does not correspond to the Client's vision in some respect, the Client's requirements can be redefined - almost anew - without much loss of time and resources.
If the vision corresponds to the Client's, it can be assumed with a high degree of certainty that the model created in the first period of work will be the final product - subject, of course, to changes and improvements during the design process.

In short- the Client receives the first vision of the project along with its basic feasibility analysis after 3 weeks of work by the Project Team. After this time, it decides whether the Project continues, whether the vision needs to be changed or whether the Project is abandoned.
This approach is something fundamentally new in the Real Estate project market.
